Cancellation & Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
1. Dive Package Cancellation & Amendments

- Within 21 Days of Travel
- Cancellations or amendments are strictly not allowed.
- If you cancel within this period, your 50% deposit is forfeited.
- Prior to 21 Days
- While refunds are not issued, the balance paid (excluding the forfeited deposit if applicable) generally allows for more flexibility for reschedulling.
- Rescheduling:
- Non-refundable balances can be carried forward for a rescheduled trip within one (1) year of the original booking date.
- Price Adjustment: If your new travel date falls in the following calendar year, the package price will be adjusted to match the updated market price.
2. Accommodation Cancellation (Specific to Accommodations @ Aman Tioman Beach Resorts)

Specific rules apply to the accommodation portion of your package:

- More than 30 days before arrival: A penalty fee of RM200 per person will be forfeited from your payment.
- Less than 21 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit OR the full fare of the accommodation package(whichever is higher) will be forfeited.
- Unused Portions: No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the accommodation package (e.g., early checkout).
- Carry Forward:Â Any remaining balance after penalties may be carried forward to a new trip within one year from the original confirmation date.
3. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Circumstances)

In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, strong winds, or dangerous wave conditions, or other causes beyond our control (including fire, flood, strikes, acts of God, or change of government’s laws and regulations)::

- We generally will not be liable in whole or in part for these occurrences; However, We prioritize your safety above all else.
- We will offer alternative solutions based on individual student progress or diver capability.
- While we cannot control the weather, we will do our best to facilitate a fair arrangement (e.g., rescheduling dives) where possible.
